GVAHA is excited to be using TeamSnap for all our team communications. It is a great APP but some parents are new to it and have questions. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:
1. How to I add access for my spouse to TeamSnap?
To add your spouse or other family member and give them access to your child’s team, log into your account at go.teamsnap.com, click the New Family Member button, and make sure to grant Shared Access.

2. Why am I not receiving emails from my team?
It could be a typo in your email address, your email account spam filter, or TeamSnap not set up properly for your email address. Here's everything you need to get your emails going!
3. How do I add my schedule to my Google or iCal?
Login into your account at go.teamsnap.com, click on the SCHEDULE Tab and look for the SUBSCRIBE/EXPORT button.
Next, TeamSnap offers several ways to add the full calendar or games only calendar to your specific calendar.
For Google Calendar - copy the URL link for your calendar and then open your Google Calendar in the web browser. Under the left side calendar options > under OTHER CALENDARS, click on the drop down arrow to expand the menu. Select add calendar by URL. Then paste the URL into the next screen.
